Ruta de 6 dias que recorre los volcanes chilenos de Villarrica - Quetrupillan y cara oeste Lanin terminando en la cara norte del Lanin en Argentina. Se parte de la base del Villarrica. Es un camino de una belleza sin inigual que recorre volcanes, lagos, bosques (Araucarias Araucanas, lengas, ñire, cohiues, colihues), lagunas. Hay varios zonas de agua pero hay que tener en cuenta las sequías porque muchos cursos están secos. La ultima etapa de la travesía continúa en la ruta que dice Trasvolcánica sexto día

The most part of this trail, from the beginning (Pucon) to road (Puesco) is an official hiking trail called: Villarica Traverse. The extention of this trail is another 1 day long hike.
Villarica Traverse is a beautifull 4/5 days long trekking, moderate difficult, with some difficult access of fresh water. Information on trail is available Park Ranger's office in Pucon. You can get a map with location of good camping spots and sources of fresh water. Before entering the trail it is mandatory to register with park ranger and pay a ticket. For the stunning views, wait for clear sky weather, otherwise you might be dissapointed.
