There is free parking at the Glen Finglas car park. There is a centre with toilets, opening at 10 and closing at 4 (aprox, depending on the month).
The path is open, clear and well sign posted. Most of it can be used by 4x4s
I'm marking it as moderate due to the length of the track, but it has no difficulty at all.
Nice views of Ben Vane and Ben Ledi.
