Tried this in April after lots of rain, went in reverse. Beautiful views and lots of birds and greenery. However around 1 mile in there is a sheer rock face with ropes to drag yourself up. With the rocks being wet no one going that direction wanted to try it. Climbing down may be easier but still not for the faint hearted. We turned round a little disappointed. I would not rate it moderate but hard for the reason of a 6 foot high solid wall of rock and a few ropes to assist you.
