Follow this trail in reverse for the best experience, as you will get to Rincon before the crowds (assuming you go early). Because we went Blackpool-Chorro-Rincon, by the time we got to Rincon at around 11:45 it was packed, and we left it for another day.
Chorro was beautiful though, the water falls at least 200ft down a cliff, similar to Edith Falls in Tucker Valley, but a lot more water.
Takes about an hour or a little more from where we parked to the start of the trail down to Rincon, then another 15-20 minutes down to the pool/falls.
From the top of the Rincon trail to the start of the Chorro trail is about 10 minutes, then the hike to Chorro about another 45 minutes one way.

Go up the river
You have to go up the river to get to the falls, there is no trail (or at least we could not find one...)
