The first track lands you at Pine tree trail peak and from there on you hike to the second Twin Peak Trail which is just a short distance away from the first. Along the way its full of branches and roots and pretty muddy since the area is damp when we were hiking there. The actual difference in height is small when you compare between your starting point to the first peak but the trail goes up and down many times hence it takes quite a bit of energy to do this hike although its not very steep until the last part where you need to climb some ropes to reach the peak. The second peak the Twin Peak is actually lower than the first peak in height although it is written there in the signboard that the height is higher which is incorrect according to my GPS. The distance indicated here is for one way only
