Got off track early on and had to walk a couple of mins back to get on the right trail.
Hills were not difficult but you certainly need a good level of fitness to complete this one due to distance and hills.
We took a decent break at the Summit for lunch and also a break at Gap Creek Reserve. Toilets are available at the starting point, Gap Creek Reserve and at the Summit.
