Starting at the Fairholmes car park, this hike takes you from Derwent Dam up Hollins Clough to Lost Lad and Back Tor, returning via the Ladybower Reservoir. Technically, the route is mostly easy, although you do start out on a good climb. We had a lot of fun on this hike, as it was a beautiful day and the route offers enough variation as well as some stunning views and rock formations. It was also relatively calm in comparison to other hikes in the Peak District and that on a sunny Saturday in August. Absolutely recommended!

Note: extra slow pace due to our little girls doing a fair part of Derwent Edge by themselves.
