The trail starts next to the municipality of dahr el ahmar following the paved Road leading to kfarkouk for a distance of 3.40 km.
At the level of the quarry at wadi el mahalib the start of the dirt road all the way crossing wadi Daoud and returning to the village.
This trail is part of the Boukaat Loubnan Trails, section of Tour du mont Hermon linking dahr el ahmar to its surroumding villages.
