Port del Comte - Exercise Circle

So this is my own trail. Starting out in front of the hotel Port 1730, it takes you on a circle across the ski station, along its slopes and trails, through pine forests, uphill for half of the trail to the top of the Bofia ski lift, after which the second half is all downhill, mostly a gentle slope passing by all three main ski lifts of the station, BOFIA, SUCRE, and finally QUEROL back at your starting point outside the Hotel Port 1730.
I do this trail to fulfill my daily exercise. I walk the uphill part and mostly run down the second half. It keeps my Apple Watch rings in check for the day. After this everything is a bonus.I can have my chocolate croissant without feeling guilty.
It’s not the most adventurous trail in Port del Comte but it’s a good solid workout and a good introduction for newcomers.
